The cross-country skiing techniques app offers a comprehensive insight into current techniques in the sport. Members of the Swiss national team demonstrate all the steps in both the classic and the skating style.
The app is intended especially for team leaders and trainers but also for ambitious skiiers who would like to improve their technique. Short videos show how to execute the individual steps correctly from several different perspectives - in real time, slow motion and with diagrams.
